4 slices of bread (whole wheat or Ezekiel)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup cinnamon apples
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
In a food processor or blender, combine cinnamon apples, milk and vanilla til smooth.
In a large bowl, add milk mixture to lightly beaten eggs. Add flour and cinnamon. Combine with a whisk til smooth. Transfer egg mixture to a shallow baking pan. Coat bread on both sides with egg mixture and allow excess to drip off.
Cook bread in a greased pan over med heat til done.
Garnish as you see fit.
