Boneless Chicken Wings (Baked)


3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Honey BBQ sauce

1 tsp cayenne pepper.


Cut chicken into chunks. In a large bowl mix chicken, BBQ sauce & red pepper. Cover & refrigerate for 1 hr. Grease a baking sheet & baking rack (for ease of clean up). Arrange chicken on baking rack so that pieces are not touching. Bake for 25-30 mins at 350 degrees until chicken is fully cooked.

Serves 2 to 3.
