Boneless Chicken Wings (Breaded)


1-2 lbs of Chicken (cut into chunks)

Low Carb Bread Crumbs

Spices to taste (Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Red Pepper)

1/4 cup of water


Place chicken, spices & water in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly, cover & refrigerate for a min of 30 mins. Coat marinated chicken pieces in bread crumbs, place on a greased baking sheet (I love parchment paper) & bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 mins. Serve as is or coated in sauce
