12 large eggs
1/4 cup almond milk (optional – omit for meal prep)
1 to 2 cup shredded cheese
1 cup (or more) of each ingredient below:
– diced precooked meats (bacon, sausage, ham, etc)
– chopped veggies
season to taste
In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and half of shredded cheese til well combined.
Pour into a well-greased casserole dish or pan. Top with remaining cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 40-45 mins at 350 degrees til a knife comes clean from center and egg is firm.
Cool for 5 to 10 mins before cutting. Cool completely for easier slicing when meal prepping.
Serves 5 to 6.
