Ingredients

2 cup Heart Smart Bisquick

2/3 cup almond milk (or skim)

1/3 cup shredded cheddar

1 tsp parsley flakes

1/2 tsp minced garlic

2 tbs butter (or a healthier fat/butter)

Directions

Combine biscuit mix, cheese, milk & 1/4 tsp garlic in a bowl. Do not over mix or kneed. Drop by tablespoon on to a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 mins. Meanwhile, melt & combine butter w/ parsley & remaining garlic in a pot. Brush biscuits w/ garlic butter & bake for 5 more mins til lightly browned.

Makes 12-14.
