3 to 4 large eggs
1 to 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1 to 2 tbsp butter
season to taste
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and cream cheese thoroughly til smooth.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. When hot, coat pan with butter and cook eggs til desired consistency is acquired.
Serves 2 to 3.
