1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1/8 cup pasta sauce
1/4 cup pizza toppings, precooked
– veggies, etc
Using an 8 inch pie pan, evenly coat bottom of pan with pizza sauce. Layer pizza toppings as you see fit.
Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 mins til cheese is bubbly.

This is keto so let’s do the numbers. 1/4 cup of pizza sauce is 4g carbs. I used about 2 heaping tablespoons so let’s call that 1/8 of a cup, so 2g for the sauce. 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese is 1g of carbs. 16 slices of pepperoni is 1g of carbs, I used 17, but we will still call that 1g. 3 sausages links, diced, is 2g of carbs. & zero carbs for the bacon.
That’s 6g of carbs for this meal.
