Eggnog French Toast stuffed w/ Cream Cheese


1/2 cup eggnog

3 eggs

6 slices bread (Ezekiel or whole wheat)

2 to 3 oz low fat cream cheese

A pinch of nutmeg


This recipe works best with stale.

Mix eggs, eggnog and nutmeg in a bowl. Pour egg mixture into a 8×8 cake pan. Spread cream cheese on a slice of bread. Cover with another slice. Place cream cheese sandwich in egg bath, flipping several times to create an even coat.

Cook over med high heat in a greased skillet til done.
