The greatest thing I have learned since I beginning my journey is that regular exercise is important. It doesn’t matter what you do as long as you are doing something.
I use an app called JEFIT Pro and it is the certified truth. It allows me to set up my workout, record my progress and research new routines.
This is literally my personal trainer.
On Tuesdays, I work Upper Body.
On Thursday, I work Lower Body.
On Saturday, I work Chest and Arms.
I generally change up my workouts as my body adapts to my routines. This keep me progressing and helps avoid training plateaus.
