Greek Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients

2 cups white wheat flour

2 eggs

1 cup fresh berries (blueberries, cranberries or diced strawberries)

3/4 cup almond milk

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (fruit flavored or vanilla)

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 tbsp stevia

Directions

Mix all ingredients except berries in a bowl til smooth. Gently fold in berries. Bake in a greased muffin tin at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 mins.
