Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients

5 to 6 oz (flavored) Greek yogurt

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

3 tbsp egg whites (or 1 whole egg)

1 tsp baking soda

1/8 to 1/2 cup almond milk (depending on desired thickness)

1 to 2 packets of stevia (optional)

Directions

Combine milk, eggs, yogurt in a small bowl. Combine flour & baking soda in a large bowl. Add egg mixture to flour mixture & combine.

Cook til done.

Makes 5 to 6 medium pancakes.
