1 lb chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
8 low carb or whole wheat tortillas
1 packet of McCormick Fajita Seasoning Mix
1/4 cup water
1 bell pepper, green
1 bell pepper, red
1 tbsp olive oil
Cut peppers and onions into thin strips. In a large bowl, marinate chicken in fajita seasoning and water. Grill chicken til internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Saute peppers and onions in olive oil for 8 to 10 mins over med heat.
Cut chicken into 1/2 inch thick strips. Serve chicken, peppers and onions on warmed tortillas. Garnish with tomato, lettuce, cheese or anything else you may like.
