Grilled Chicken Wrap w/ a Brown and Wild Rice Pilaf





Ingredients – Grilled Chicken Wraps

6-8 chicken tenderloins

1 package McCormick’s Mesquite seasoning

1 cup water

3-4 pieces of flat bread (whole wheat or multigrain

1/2 to 1 cup of your fav chopped veggies, cheeses & sauces


Mix water & mesquite seasoning. Marinate chicken in mesquite seasoning for 1 hour in refrigerator. Grill til internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Cut chicken to desired thickness. Slightly warm flat bread & layer sauce, sliced chicken, veggies & cheese as you see fit.

Ingredients – Brown & Wild Rice Pilaf

1/3 cup wild rice

2/3 cup brown rice

2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup water

1/3 cup of your fav veggies finely chopped


Place all ingredients in a saute pan, bring to a rapid boil. Reduce to heat to low. Simmer for 45-50 mins til done.
