Grilled Chicken Wraps





Ingredients – Chicken

3 to 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless and butterflied)

1 packet of McCormick s Grill Mates Mesquite seasoning

1/2 cup water

Directions – Chicken

Mix water and mesquite seasoning in a bowl. Add mixture to chicken, combine thoroughly and allow chicken to marinate for at least 30 mins in the fridge.

Remove from fridge and grill chicken til internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Cut chicken breasts into strips.

Ingredients – Wrap

3 to 4 Mission wraps (burrito size)

2 cups field greens, coarsely chopped

1 to 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded cheese

1 cup carrots, matchstick cut

1 cup of your fav veggies

1/2 cup of your fav salad dressing

Directions – Wrap

Place wrap centered on a sheet of aluminum foil. Layer ingredients (to include chicken) on to wrap as you see fit.

Roll the wrap as tight as possible using the aluminum foil to secure its closure. This is an important step. Failure to secure the wrap as tight as possible will result in it falling apart when you try to cut it.

Cut the wrap in half to reveal the inside and serve.
