Ingredients – Burgers
1 lb of ground turkey
1/2 cup low carb bread crumbs
1/2 cup honey bbq sauce
Spices to taste (season salt, onion, garlic & red pepper)
Ingredients – Stuffing
1/2 cup cheese, bacon or veggies (1/2 cup of each)
Combine all ingredients and form 4 large meatballs. Form a small pocket in each meatball and add your fav stuffing. Take the outside edges of the meatball and form burger patties. Cook patties til internal temp reaches 165 degrees. When burgers achieve the proper internal temp, brush with glaze and turn allowing both sides of patty to be seared.
