Ingredients

3 lbs chicken breasts (boneless, skinless and filleted)

3 tbsp Grace Jerk Seasoning

1/4 cup honey

Directions

Combine jerk seasoning and honey in a small bowl with a whisk.

Add marinate to meat and coat well. Cover and refrigerate meat in marinate for at least an hour.

Cook covered over med-high heat (turning as it cooks) til proper internal temp of 165 degrees is achieved.

Cook time: 20-30 mins.
