Lasagna Rolls (Low Carb)


6 low carb lasagna noodles

1 lb of seasoned ground turkey

1-1/2 jars of spaghetti sauce

2 cups of shredded cheese

2 cups of chopped baby spinach


Cook both ground turkey (use only 1 jar of spaghetti sauce) & lasagna according to package directions. Use 1/2 of the remaining unused spaghetti sauce to cover the bottom of the pan. Layer meat sauce, cheese & greens on each lasagna noodle & roll ending with the seam side down. Place each in baking pan & cover w/ remaining spaghetti sauce, meat sauce, greens & cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 mins covered & 5 more mins uncovered til cheese is melted.
