Ingredients

1-1/2 cup almond flour

2 tbsp baking powder

4 tbsp butter, melted

2 eggs

1/3 cup sour cream

1/4 tsp salt

Directions

In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and combine thoroughly. Divide and spoon batter into a greased  muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 mins til brown.

Enjoy.

Makes 12.

**Note: Add 1/3 cup shredded cheddar and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder to make Cheddar Bay Biscuits
