Low Carb Bread Crumbs

Ingredients

8 low carb tortillas

1 to 2 tbsp dried parsley

Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Toast tortillas for 7 to 8 mins in a 400 degree oven. Remove from oven and cool to room temp. Break tortillas into smaller pieces and blend in a food processor til they have the consistency of bread crumbs.

Add parsley, salt and pepper to bread crumbs. Spin in food processor a few more times to combine.

Makes about 2 cups. Use these bread crumbs in any recipe that calls for traditional bread crumbs.
