Low Carb Breakfast Bowl






2 eggs or 3 egg whites

2 strips bacon or turkey bacon

2 turkey sausage links, cubed

1/2 cup of your fav veggies

1/8 cup shredded cheese


Lightly saute your chosen veggies and set them aside if needed.

Cook bacon and sausage and set them aside also.

**No Mess Flip Method: Whisk eggs and cook over med heat til underside is set. Slide spatula under egg and raise slowly from the center of the egg.  Allow the uncooked portions of the egg to drain off into pan. Turn spatula and carefully place egg back into the pan, uncooked side down.

Continue to cook egg. Layer in veggies and cheese. Cover for 2 to 3 mins til cheese is melted.

Layer meats and egg omelet into a bowl and enjoy.

Serves 1.
