1 cup almond flour
2/3 cup honey*
1/2 cup greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
*Note: replace with honey with stevia or another natural sweetener to obtain a lower carb content.
Mix all ingredients til smooth.
Bake at 350 degrees in a greased 8 x 8 pan for 25 mins til a tooth pick comes clean 1 inch from the corner.
Cool completely before cutting.
