1-2 tbsp olive oil
A pinch of salt (optional)
Combine oil and salt in a small bowl then lightly brush the tops of each tortilla. Stack each tortillas on top of the other as you go along until all tortillas are in one pile. Cut tortillas into wedges.
Arrange tortilla pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper so that they are not touching.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12.
Remove chips from oven and allow to cool away from baking pan. Chips will crisp completely as they cool.
