Low Carb Waffles

Recipe

Ingredients

2 large eggs

3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp almond flour

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tbsp coconut flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp of stevia (or sugar substitute equvilent to 1 tsp of sugar)

a pinch of salt

Directions

In two separate bowls, mix wet ingredients together and a much larger bowl, mix dry ingredients together.

Add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Combine until smooth.

Cook in well-greased waffle iron until done.

Enjoy.

Serves 5 to 6.
