Meal Prep Planning

As a picky eater, I eat what I like and I refuse to eat what I don’t. I discovered this fact along time ago. I am currently working past this but for now, the key to meal prep planning is to picking foods you will eat without thinking about it twice.

I prep for the work week; Monday thru Friday. I generally eat five to six small meals a day (depending on the day).

Here is my meal plan:

Breakfast:

  • Egg Muffins & Yogurt

AM Snack:

  • Fruit

Lunch:

  • Grilled Chicken & Brown Rice
  • Turkey Meatloaf & Three Cheese Macaroni
  • Creamy Chicken
