This week on Meal Prep w/ Me, we will be making Mozzarella Stuffed Turkey Meatballs. These are the basic ingredients I used for the Mozzarella Stuffed Turkey Meatballs I posted earlier this week.
I’m gonna be prepping them again this Sunday. Might add some chopped spinach, onions and peppers, who knows. The main change will be baking them instead of cooking them on the stove top. Baking them seems more hands off. & hands off is every important when you’re meal prepping. If you wanna prep along w/ me on Sunday, you can find both the stove top and the oven versions of this recipe below. Tag me in your creations also. Remember, presentation is everything. This is a good way to give any up & coming foodies a moment in the spotlight (FYI: if food blogging is your thing, you shouldn’t have a private page anyways).
Follow your own path and prep this how ever you like. The key is be creative and make something delicious and beautiful you can enjoy not only eating but looking at while you eat.
Also, don’t come for me w/ my Prego pasta sauce. This tomato, garlic and basil sauce w/ couple splashes of sriracha tho! Delicious. Plus the ingredients aren’t scary AF so chill. This recipe also needs an updated pic and video so expect those too.
