3 to 4 eggs
season to taste
1 to 3 tbsp of each omelet ingredient below:
– diced precooked meats (bacon, sausage, ham, etc)
– chopped veggies
– shredded cheese
Preheat a greased waffle iron.
Whisk eggs til yolk and whites are well combined. Stir in your desired omelet ingredients. Pour egg mixture into hot waffle iron. DO NOT OVERFILL. Carefully level omelet ingredients. Cook omelet until done.
Serves 2 to 3.
