Parmesan Crusted Green Bean Fries





Ingredients – Green Beans

8 oz green beans

1/4 cup low carb bread crumbs

2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp of olive oil

A pinch of spices to taste (salt, black pepper, red pepper & garlic)

Directions – Green Beans

In a med bowl toss greens beans in olive oil. Add spices, bread crumbs and cheese. Mix well. Arrange greens beans so that they are not crowded on a rimmed cookie sheet covered in  parchment paper.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 mins.

Ingredients – Sriracha Dipping Sauce

1/2 greek yogurt, plain

2 tsp sriracha

1 tbsp almond milk

Directions – Sriracha Dipping Sauce

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk til smooth.


Serves 2 to 3.
