My absolute fav post workout shake 😋😋 Strawberry Cheesecake 🍓🍰☺️ Simple recipe: 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 5 oz of cheesecake Greek yogurt, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk & a handful of frozen strawberries ☺️☺️ Blend & enjoy. Carb count: 15g 📝 Side Note: I'm trying to figure out how to do this with the Caramel Apple Pie Yogurt without using actual apples 😓😓 Too many carbs in apples for me. Maybe I should focus on adding cinnamon or something vanilla 😓 Ima work on it tho. #EatCarbsForWhat #GymLife
