1 lb breakfast sausage meat (I used Jimmy Dean)

Directions

Roll breakfast sausage meat into mini meat balls.

Cover a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 mins til internal temp reaches 165 degrees.

Pro tip: prep your bacon first. Take the left over bacon grease & rub some on your palms before you begin rolling up your sausage balls. Trust me, you will get perfect sausage balls every time.
