Skinny and Spicy Blue Cheese Dip


1/2 cup low fat blue cheese crumbles

6 oz greek yogurt, plain

1 tbsp light mayo

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 white wine vinegar

1/2 to 1 tsp of red pepper

1/8 tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper to taste


In a med bowl, mash blue cheese crumbles w/ greek yogurt. Stir in remain ingredients w/ the exception of the salt, red pepper & black pepper. Gradually add salt, red pepper & black pepper to taste.

Makes 1 cup.
