Sriracha and Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs






1 lb ground turkey

spices to taste (season salt, onion power, garlic powder, red pepper, etc)

1/2 cup  low carb bread crumbs

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 green bell pepper, chunked

1 red bell pepper, chunked

1/2 yellow onion, chunked

1/4 cup water

1 egg

1/2 bottle of Kikkoman teriyaki sauce

2 tbsp sriracha sauce

Directions – Meatballs

Mix bell peppers and onion in a food processor until desired consistency is acquired.

In a large bowl, add ground turkey, seasonings, bread crumbs, egg and bell pepper mixture. Mix until well combined.

Form & brown meatballs in olive oil. Remove from oil and drain.

Directions – Sauce

In a large pan, combine teriyaki sauce, water and sriracha. Add meat balls and cook over med heat.

Cook til internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
