1 lb of ground turkey
1/2 cup low carb bread crumbs
Spices to taste (season salt, onion, garlic & red pepper)
**Optional: Chop 1 cup spinach (or mixed greens) and 1 jalapeno in the food processor and add it to meat before mixing.
Combine all ingredients and form 4 burger patties. Cook patties til internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
