Turkey Cups (Egg Muffins)

Ingredients

1 box of egg whites or 11-12 whole eggs (beaten)

8 oz turkey breast, thinly sliced (This works with pretty much all types of deli meat as long as the meat is thinly sliced)

1 cup cheese

1/2 cup of your favorite veggies

Directions

Fit two slices of turkey breast into a greased muffin pan. It is important to properly grease the pan as these will stick. Layer in remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins depending on how you like your egg.

Note: Be sure to pour egg in and around the turkey so that a solid cup is formed after baking.
